Philips told me it shouldn’t be necessary so your experience may vary, but it happened to me and this was my solution. Eventually, I turned 5GHz off temporarily and it was able to connect to the 2.4GHz network and then see the complete setup, and when I turned 5GHz on again it was fine.
On my network it couldn’t find the 2.4GHz network and kept failing setup, despite having strong coverage. It needs to be connected to Wi-Fi and only supports 2.4GHz. Set up proved relatively simple – but it wasn’t hassle-free.
